Shenzhen Nanshan Hi-tech Incubator is an international business incubator established by the government of Nanshan District of Shenzhen City and is now subordinate to Nanshan Science and Technology Bureau. It offers a wide range of services to private, technology-based start-up enterprises . The Incubator now has seven incubation buildings with a total incubation area of 220,000 square meters. Equipped with perfect infrastructure, it provides technology-based start-ups with the following services: offering cheap office space, financing and information assistance, patent and taxation consultation service, business management help, training and international exchange assistance and some governmental services. The Incubator is also
engaged in the business of venture capital financing. With most of the pieces now in place, it seeks to create an ideal environment for its tenant enterprises.
‘Incubation is productivity’! In 10 years, the number of companies incubated have grown from 25 to more than 400. The total building area has grown from several thousand square meters to 2.2 million square meters. There are now 7 professional hi-tech sub-incubators under the auspices of the Center.
